Inpainting
Inpainting can be used to remove small defects within an image or to replace lost or corrupted parts of image data. You can inpaint 2D as well as 3D areas.

How to Inpaint
- Create a region of interest in which the labeled voxels correspond to the parts of the image that you need to inpaint.
Refer to the topics in Segmentation for information about creating regions of interest.
- Right-click the dataset you plan to inpaint in the Data Properties and Settings panel and then choose Inpaint in the pop-up menu.
- Select the region of interest that describes the area you need to inpaint in the Choose a region of interest to inpaint dialog.

- Click OK in the Choose a region of interest to inpaint dialog.
